The certification training is offered in partnership with, and facilitated by the United Kingdom-based online educator, Mediator Academy.

Mediator Academy, based in London and Dublin, designs and develops online programmes in the area of ADR and offers short, credentialed courses as well postgraduate programmes with leading universities. Importantly, Mediator Academy is a Recognized Course Provider for the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), United Kingdom.
